About the Author

Since I was a young “kiddo” I have been driven by cars. I grew up collecting toy cars, watching Schumacher and Hamilton, an hanging around with mechanic uncle. Ever since I was able to help him out on his cars I would. As I grew older, I started to do my own research on cars, mainly race cars. Not the F1 cars that come to Montreal every year, but the ones that are built by their owners to race on the underground circuits.

I got my first job, started saving my money, and voila I bought a JDM car. An Acura Integra. Following in the footsteps of those I grew up admiring, I started building my own race car, using my integra as the donor. Now I find myself involved in the underground tuner cult and JDM community in Montreal.

Although this may seem criminal, I have yet to do anything illegal. This is important considering I want to further my education and become an automotive designer.

All in all, cars are not my hobby, but my passion and this flame will never die out.
